Cancer recovery coaching will help you to find the self-confidence and kindness to rebuild your life after the devastation of cancer.
Whether you have completed your treatment or are still receiving some, whether you’re in remission or living with cancer these sessions can restore your sense of faith and hope.
Please note this is not therapy and if I feel that this would be more supportive to you I will say.
For coaching to be effective you need to be ready to explore potential changes and welcome questions that can bring you to greater clarity.
Sometimes this might ‘stir things up’ but the intention is always to work with you at a pace and depth that feels good to you. We will talk about this and check in as we go.
My approach is humanistic, that is centred on you rather than on a particular theory or method. I blend open and intuitive questioning with empathy, compassion and that special understanding from having walked the path, and still walking the path, myself.
As a survivor of Ovarian cancer who accepted surgery but declined chemotherapy I have a great openness to you making choices that are right for you. I don’t believe anyone else should tell you what to do with your body or indeed how you choose to live your life after a cancer diagnosis.
By entering into coaching with me with an open heart, a deep curiosity and a desire to create a life to love you can expect to feel seen, uplifted and met in your truth, encouraged on your way forward and emotionally held on the way there.
During our sessions we may use various other tools including guided meditation, breath-work, spiritual healing and embodiment practices if and when appropriate. These will always be agreed with you.
It is my dearest wish that you come to see your cancer, despite all the pain and suffering, as a part of your life’s varied tapestry, holding the potential for a transformation that nourishes you for many years to come.
Sessions are £95 an hour for a one off or £210 for a series of 3 or more. Subsidies may be available please ask if you think this may apply.
